Tree 60 Weather provides weather forecasts, radar, air quality, wildfire, and related meteorological information for informational purposes. A free tier is available to all users; a paid Premium subscription unlocks additional features such as the 48-hour forecast/radar timeline and an ad-free experience.
Weather data is aggregated from third-party and governmental sources (including NOAA, ECMWF, and others) and model output. It may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. The Service is provided "as is" and must not be relied upon as the sole source for decisions affecting life, safety, or property. Always consult official government warnings and emergency services for critical decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase a subscription.
Premium is offered as a recurring subscription ($2/month or $20/year, or current listed pricing). Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to bypass access controls or premium gating; scraping, overloading, or disrupting the Service or its APIs; reselling or redistributing data except as permitted; or using the Service unlawfully.
The Service, its design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Underlying weather data may be subject to the terms of its originating providers. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on weather information. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to subscribers. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
