Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from Account Settings or the Stripe billing portal. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you keep Premium access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not lock you into long-term commitments.

2. Refunds

Because you can cancel anytime and retain access through the paid period, we generally do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. However, if you were charged in error, experienced a technical issue that prevented use of Premium, or believe your situation warrants it, contact us within [14] days and we will review your request in good faith. [State whether annual plans have a refund window, e.g. "Annual plans may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if unused."]

3. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we keep your Premium access active for a short grace period while our payment processor retries. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription is canceled and access ends. Update your payment method anytime in the billing portal to avoid interruption.

4. Price Changes

If we change subscription pricing, existing subscribers will be notified in advance, and changes apply to future billing periods only.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email treesixtyweather@gmail.com from your account email with your request and the approximate charge date. Refunds, when granted, are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
