Tree 60 Weather ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.

Account data: If you create an account, we store your email address and authentication details via Firebase Authentication (Google). Sign-in with Google shares your basic Google profile as permitted by you.
Subscription data: If you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number; we store a Stripe customer/subscription reference and your subscription status.
Location searches: Locations you look up are processed to return weather and are not tied to your identity or retained as a profile.
Preferences: Map layers, units, and similar settings are stored in your browser (localStorage) and, if signed in, in your user settings.
Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics via Google Analytics.
Advertising: Free-tier users are shown ads via Google AdSense, which may use cookies. Premium subscribers are not served ads.

3. How We Use Data

To operate and secure the Service, provide weather information, process and manage subscriptions, remember your preferences, understand aggregate usage, and (for free users) display advertising.

4. Third-Party Processors

We rely on: Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, database), Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (analytics), and Google AdSense (ads for free users). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect functionality. Ad-related cookies are not used for Premium subscribers.

6. Your Rights & Choices
